Poetry: My True Love

My True Love

Jesus Christ, Bright Morning Star
I no longer wonder where You are
Jesus Christ, Your great sacrifice–
It’s given me a brand new life.

Jesus made it right, made it pure
The shed blood of Christ, made it secure!
Come to Him whilst you can,
Time runs out on every man.

Jesus Christ, Faithful One
Without Your love we’re all undone
Woe to those who ignore Your plea
And walk in the flesh, so ungodly free.

Repent from sin before it’s too late
For evil men, they plan your fate
And when they’re done using you for lure,
Hook, line, and sinker, into Hell’s door.

Fight ye not, the Spirit’s call
Come to Yeshua’s banquet, one and all
Rich and poor, young and old
God does not discriminate, we’ve been told!
