Revelation 12:11 “And they overcame Him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and all that is within me, Bless His Holy Name!

Dearly beloved of the Lord, there is so much to share about our wonderful Lord and Savior that sometimes it’s difficult to know just where to start but after seeking the Lord and praying for His direction, I decided to share something with the Body of Christ that is very precious to me.  And it’s my prayer that Jesus Christ will bless your heart and spirit with His true freedom and give you confirmation if you’ve been wondering about where you ought to go to church or about where you belong.

Many years ago when I was a new Christian, it was during one of my prayer times that the Lord spoke to my heart in this way regarding the religious system of the world.  He showed me this vision in the spirit.  “I saw the Lord’s Hand holding onto the four corners of a very large white sheet.  The sheet was filled up and packed to the full.  Then the Lord spoke to me, telling me that in that great bag were all the groups, organizations, leaders, teachers, and denominations, (those things that seemed to be good!). Then He said, “Here’s what I think of it.  Watch.”  And He dropped the large sack into the ocean which was underneath it and it sank to the very bottom of the sea!  He said that that was where it all belonged!  He made me to understand in the spirit that everything outside of Him was garbage.  He then clearly said, “You will never be the member of any denomination.”  This was so precious to me even though there was much I didn’t yet understand.”

This revelation from the Lord helped me so much through the years, especially whenever others would question me and attack me, or when I was puzzled about my place in the Body of Christ.  It was truly a weapon of warfare, too, and our faithful Holy Spirit would bring the vision to my mind just when I needed to recall it.  Through the years I visited congregations where the gospel was preached but I felt as though I was looking and longing for something that I could never find.  I felt like a misfit and sometimes blamed that on myself instead of clearly discerning the harlot spiritual system as I perceive it to be at the present time.  The Lord faithfully reared me and raised me in Him with His love and understanding.  Whenever I did go to a church, He would use the experience and teach me things and show me things, whether it regarded myself or whether it concerned what went on there or He used me to bless others or share His holy gifts.  There were some good experiences and lessons taught but never any satisfaction except through the Lord Himself and His leadings for His purposes.  There was much loneliness, too, but God IS faithful and He brought me through the thick and the thin of life with these particular struggles regarding the never satisfying church system of the world.

Lest anyone misunderstand me, I am not in any way condemning anyone who attends a denominational church, for the Lord is over His people and He knows those who are truly His.  And I know that there are those churches that do have powerful preachers who love the Word of God and preach the truth, yet are not a part of the 501c3 churches, but sadly, they are few and far between.  That’s why it’s so important for us to continue to pray and seek the Lord, asking Him to connect us with those of like mind and precious faith; with those who seek the Lord out of a pure heart and especially if we live in an area where all the churches may be of the world system.  God is merciful and He hears our heart’s cries and answers His own.

He knows we want to be free of anything that He wants us to be free from, by His truth, His Holy Spirit and according to His timing.  God is a jealous God and He does not want to share us with the world or the religious system or anything else but He does want us to fellowship with other truly born again souls to lift up His Name and bask in His Presence, to praise Him, to pray in agreement with and by His Holy Spirit, to rejoice in Him and to suffer with Him, and to battle against the enemies of our souls…to love one another.

Many souls have been suffering through the years and many are continuing to suffer due to the lack of real fellowship in the spirit.  Let’s remember those in our prayers and lift them up so that they may be connected to others of like faith, even if it be with but a few.  Because the days are rapidly becoming more and more evil and the time is ever running short, we need to exhort and build one another up in our holy faith ~  the faith of the Son of God.  We can be assured that God, in His incomparable wisdom, uses our life’s sufferings, problems and questions for our good and godliness, (for those who are the called and truly love Him according to His purpose).  Let’s daily seek Him with our whole hearts … for truly He is our Beloved and He is our sanctuary.

May God bless you richly in Him until He returns for us, His Bride! His loving bond servant, Donna Shuck

Exodus 34:14 “For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:”

Psalm 119:2 “Blessed are they that keep His testimonies, and that seek Him with the whole heart.”

Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”

2 Corinthians 6:14-18 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.  Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”

John 8:32, 36 “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

Romans 11:33-36 “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!  How unsearchable are His judgments, and His ways past finding out!  For who hath known the mind of the Lord? Or who hath been His counselor?  Or who hath first given to Him, and it shall be recompensed unto Him again?  For of Him, and through Him, and to Him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen.”
